Steps and Requirements for Crew Visas to China:
Step 1-Gather the following documents so have the materials needed to process your request.

If you go to our office then we can do the application form with you. For online orders, please download, print and sign China visa application, prepared by our system under your account.
B. Original, signed United States passport
Please check both the condition of the passport and the validity. As a matter of fact, the consulate requires your passport to be valid for more than 6 months past your trip.
C. 1 Passport sized photo

D. Driver’s license
Copy of driver’s license, state issued ID, or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing the applicant’s name and current address. This is so that we can provide proof your reside in Florida.
E. Airline or Cruise Line Company Letter
For the purpose of the crew visa a Letter from the crew company on company letterhead is required. In addition, ensure the letter lists the applicant as an employee of the company and the need for the crew visa.
F. Crew ID
In order to prove employment please present a clear photocopy of the employee ID of the applicant.
