Step 1 – Gather Requirements Application form:
https://visa.kdmid.ru/ completed and signed. Due to the complexity of the application, we prefer to do the application form with you in our offices. We can send you a handwritten version of the application that can be scanned then emailed to us so that we can proceed. Please print this handwritten version.
- Actual passport valid for more than 6 month and SIGNED in the signature area.
- 1 passport sized photo
- 1 Year Business Invitation – Original business letter of invitation approved by the Russian Federation Migration Service OR a Telex number with the name of the inviting organization issued by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs OR 3 Year Business Invitation from the host company in Russia. The letter must be on company letterhead, signed and stamped with the company’s corporate seal. It must specifically request a “3 year multiple entry business visa.” The letter should be addressed to the Consulate of Russia written in Russian and contain the following personal information of the applicant, details of the visit and the host organization. Please note the 3 year invite MUST specifically state a request for a 3 year visa. Otherwise it will be denied.

Step 2 – Book your appointment
Book your appointment to drop off the documents. We will complete the application and proceed to process your visa. Once completed we will ship back to your requested address.
