Follow the 2 steps listed below

Step 1 – Gather Requirements

• Application form completed and signed.  Due to the complexity of the application, we prefer to do the application form with you in our offices. We can send you a handwritten version of the application that can be scanned then emailed to us so that we can proceed.  Please print this handwritten version.  

• Actual passport valid for more than 6 month and SIGNED in the signature area.

• 1 passport sized photo

• Tourist voucher – Copy of Tourist Voucher (invitation) issued by tourist company or hotel in Russia approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Please upload a copy of your profile (not required if ordering the invite through our services.

• 1 Electronic copy of documents 

For Minors:  

• A clear copy of the birth certificate

• NOTARIZED letter of consent signed by both parents specifying who the minor will be traveling with and authorizing the Consulate to issue a visa.

• A clear copy of both parents’ passports. Applicants born in the form USSR need additional requirements.  Please call us for details.

Step 2 – Book your appointment to drop off the documents.

 We will complete the application and proceed to process your visa.  Once completed we will ship back to your requested address.
