Passports Visas & More is a China Visa Service provider helping travelers obtain China visas. Our China Visa Office is located in Downtown Orlando and in the Coral Gables area of Miami. The information listed below allows PVM to apply for the Chinese visa on your behalf. You do not have to apply in person at the consulate. PVM will apply for you but in order to do so you must follow the steps below.
Please read before proceeding:The Embassy of China has instituted a new process for the visa that was implemented on September 30th, 2025. The process is significantly different than the old process and will require information to be uploaded to the application which is now an online form. We provide you with a fillable PDF version of the form below which asks the same questions the online Chinese application does and we use your responses to complete the online form. At that point we will then request an approval from the Embassy. Once the approval has been obtained we can then submit your passport to the Embassy for submission.
PVM China Visa Processing Fees:
9 – 10 Business Day Processing – $400.00 *Fees include consulate, service and shipping fees to and from PVM*
6 – 8 Business Day Processing – $500.00 *Fees include consulate, service and shipping fees to and from PVM*
*Fees include Fedex shipping to and from PVM and our office in DC. Processing times start once the application is completed and we have all the documents we need to submit to the embassy. PVM does charge a $25.00 fee if travelers request an alternate return fedex delivery address for their passport.
How Do I Proceed?
PVM requires you to complete our fillable online version of the Chinese application form (listed Step 1, Letter A). We also ask that you review the requirements in Step 1 completely. PVM operates by appointment only and will only make an appointment when we are provided an application form and are able to review it.
Simply follow the 3 blue blocks and the requirements given for each step. These steps are as follows: Step 1 – gather and prepare the documents, Step 2 – email a copy of your documents for review and online completion, Step 3 – prepare to come to our office for application completion.
China Student Visa
STEP 1- Gather and prepare the required documents
A. Application form (Click here for Application)
Please use the link above to fill out the form. This application is a PVM form which we will use to complete the application form on the actual Chinese Application website for you. Unfortunately, the Chinese consulate requires that all sections of the application be filled which is why we proceed in this manner. Please do not leave any question blank including the flight information. Completing the application without specific and correct information will cause you to have to redo the application. Once you have this completed please email it to us at info@passportsvisasandmore.com
B. Confirmation Form for Study in China (JW202 or JW201)
The invite must come from school. It is the responsibility of the traveler to secure a proper invite. The invite must have the information listed below on it. Any deviation from these requirements will require a new invite and if the invite is different from what is on your application a new invite will be required. It must have the following details:
- Name and passport number as they appear on the actual passport
- Dates of approval
- Must have the barcode approval number on the top left hand corner and the QR code on the top right hand corner.
C. Letter of Admission from the School
- Must be on company letterhead with a phone number and address
- Must have the name and passport number as they appear on the actual passport
- Must indicate your acceptance to the school and indicate the dates you plan to attend.
- Letter must have a RED seal…the consulate no longer accepts invites with blue seals
C. Drivers License
Clear copy of your valid driver’s license or a copy of your utility bill showing your full address. We mainly work with travelers who reside in Florida. If your driver’s license is not from Florida please let us know. We may still be able to help you but the process may be different.
D. Valid Passport
A valid passport that has 2 facing pages marked “Visa” not “Amendments and endorsements”. The passport should be valid for 6 months past the length of the visa approval. In order to apply for any visa your passport must be valid for 6 months and must be signed.
E. 1 Passport sized photo
We can take photos in our office. If you decide to do photos on your own please click here to see passport photo regulations.
F. Clear copy of your most recent China visa or detailed letter explaining why you cannot provide a copy of your visa. If your visa is in your old passport you must turn in your old passport. The reason is because the consulate insists on cancelling this visa so they can issue a new one. If you cannot provide a copy of the old visa the consulate will make you draft a letter explaining the circumstances why you cannot submit a copy of it. They will not accept a 1 paragraph letter. You must detail what happened.
G. A clear copy of any previous passports you may have had from another country as well as any visas for China you may have obtained under that visa. Please note that the consulate may ask to see this passport and will look to see where you have entered and may require information about these previous trips. Seeing where you have been is the sole purpose for asking for the other passport in this case.
H. Signed “Where Are You” form (Click here to see the form)
I. Detailed letter explaining the nature of any trip taken to Turkey and/or Kenya. This applies if you have a entry or exit stamp from the country of Turkey or Kenya in your passport. The consulate will insist you write a letter explaining the nature of the trip in detail. If your passport or any previous passport requested by the consulate has a stamp showing entry into Turkey or Kenya the consulate will require a letter. If you do not include a letter the process will be held up or outright denied. This is the responsibility of the applicant…PVM is not responsible for looking through your passport to verify whether or not you have an entry stamp into Turkey or Kenya.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You do not have to go in person for your appointment. We will go for you and that is included in the pricing. However, we can only make an appointment for you once the application has been completed. If there are errors or the application gets rejected a new application must be done and we will have to reapply. For this reason it is critical to be precise on your application the first time around.
Travelers who have had previous visas would do well to approach the process as if they have never had a visa before. The process is totally different and things that you were able to do previously you will no longer be able to do. Especially with regards to the invite letter. PVM reserves to right to decide who we chose to work with. We will only do so with travelers who provide the documents we ask. We will refuse any requests from travelers who expect us to deviate from our listed requirements. Thank you.
The Chinese Embassy
The Chinese Embassy has begun paying particular attention to your previous travels. As a result, they are paying particular attention to travelers who have made multiple trips to areas of the world that have a high level of unrest or terroristic activities. This especially includes areas in the Middle East. If the consulate sees entry into such an area they may request a letter explaining the nature of that particular trip. They have not given us a list of such countries and it is at their discretion.
STEP 2- Email a copy of the listed requirements to PVM at info@passportsvisasandmore.com
Please send us by email the above version of the application. We will complete the online version and send it back to you for a final review. We will then print it out and either email it to you for signature or make arrangements for you to come to our offices in Orlando or Miami to finalize the forms. We cannot guarantee the issuance of a 10 year visa as the embassy makes the final decision.
STEP 3- Prepare to come in to our office to drop off your original documents and to make your appointment for your passport to be delivered to the consulate.
Once your application is completed and we verify the information we go ahead and make arrangements for you to send us the documents or to come to our offices in Orlando or Miami to turn in your original documents. Your documents will then have to be sent to DC for processing. You do not have to go to DC. We have an office in DC that will do the submission for you. Our Florida offices are located at:
PVM - Miami 2332 Galiano Street 2nd Floor Coral Gables, FL 33134 We are located inside the Regus Executive Offices OR PVM- Orlando 390 North Orange Avenue 23rd Floor Orlando, FL 32801 We are by appointment only.
