Upon completing the online form we will send you an email requesting a passport photo in JPEG format and a PDF copy of your passport which are required for the visa.

STEP 1- See if you qualify for the visa:
A. Evisa are available for travelers going for Tourism & Business purposes.
B. Will be staying in India less than 90 days on the planned visit.
C. Visa validity depends on Visa type requested
D. Evisa fee is nonrefundable once the fee has been paid.
E. Evisa is valid for entry only through the following 28 designated airports and 5 cruise ports. The airport entries are: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Thiruvananthapuram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Cochin, Goa, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Gaya, Jaipur, Lucknow, Trichy, Varanasi, Calicut, Mangalore, Pune, Nagpur, Coimbatore, Bagdogra, Guwahati, Chandigarh, Visakhapatnam, Madurai, Bhubaneswar, Port Blair. The Seaport entries are: Mumbai, Cochin, Mormugao, Chennai, New Mangalore.
F. May apply online a minimum of 5 days in advance of the date of arrival.

Requirements:
1. Scanned JPG of your passport information page. *Please do not send photos containing any glare. The glare can prevent them from your information causing a rejection of your photo and costing lost time.
2. JPG photo taken on a white background with excellent lighting. *Please be mindful of shadows as too much shadow can again cause a rejection of your photo.
3. For Business travelers, please send a copy of your invitation letter from the inviting company in India.
4. For Business travelers, please submit a scan of both sides of your business card or submit a business cover letter from your company here in the United States.
STEP 3- Await Evisa confirmation decision from the consulate which we will send you.
